Quit Smoking

Face your quit smoking challenge with us. We focus on changing the meaning that you have about smoking or remove negative self-limiting beliefs and facilitate behavioral changes. Get to the root cause of the issue and understanding of how your own patterns of behavior form.

We work with your most powerful tool; your mind. Smoking is a habit. People start smoking for all sorts of reasons. It could be peer pressure, or you may have thought it was cool to do so at a particular age. Whatever it is, once it became something out of your control, it is controlled by the unconscious mind.

We use the most effective tools such as hypnosis, NLP and Time Line Therapy to help you become a non-smoker. Usually people don’t give up because unconsciously they feel they don’t want to give up because they still associate smoking with being cool, confident or even associate smoking with being close with someone. It gives them some sort of mental support because of the meaning that they’ve created on an unconscious level. Even though, deep down most people know it is killing them, their health is deteriorating, they can’t even walk two meters without becoming breathless. Most people would admit that they smell bad, but they are not ready to let go of their smoking habit, because of these unconscious beliefs. Haran work with the client to remove the root cause of the issues and deprivation. Save your health before it’s too late.

Thin and Healthy (Weight Loss)

If you are a person who’s going to say I don’t want to do anything but I want to lose weight, then please don’t approach me for losing weight and becoming thin and healthy. It’s not going to happen.

We will work together and I promise to walk with you along this journey and guide you. Haran will be working with the root cause of you being over weight. Some people subconsciously belief that they have to eat a lot, or there was a client she had been over weight since she could remember. When we addressed the root cause of the problem, she realised it was a protective mechanism for her so nobody will feel attracted to her or touch her. You may have different reasons, whatever it is, it is easy once we access the unconscious mind. We can work with it and reprogram it to produce the result that you want.

We all have different reasons for why we are over weight and why we have different habits. Becoming thin and healthy is simple once you understand the powerful principles that achieve and sustain the right weight; attitude, values, short term achievable goals and supportive eating habits/ exercise habits to support health. Our sessions will reprogram your unconscious mind and install you with a unique program for weight loss and staying healthy.

Our main focus will be working with your unconscious mind to reprogram it. We may suggest you to follow a certain way of life. It is totally up to you if you want to do that.

Depression & Anxiety

Haran uses Hypnosis, NLP, Time Line Therapy, Fountain Head method and sometimes other modalities such as EFT, Access Bars, Pranic Therapy based on what you need. Our therapy won’t take away the memory from events in your life. Rather it changes the meaning and the neural pathways of those thought patterns and reprogram you.

For example:

If you walk on the grass to a particular direction every day within a month you will have a small pathway created and if more people start walking on that pathway, it will become bigger and if people started using vehicle then it can even become a highway.

Likewise with out thoughts if we entertain our negative thoughts in our mind, it creates a strong pathway. It becomes almost impossible to come out of that because it becomes the second nature for you to think negative. Haran uses different modalities to change this neural pathway and connect it with a positive one. This is more technical side of what we do using NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy. However to put it simply, it works. We reprogram your mind and help you achieve your goal.

Fear & Phobia

A phobia is an intense and irrational fear of certain objects or situations. Phobias are really silly if you logically think about it, however people who have phobia they feel like they are going to get killed. I had a client who was scared of balloons. She would freak out, scram and sweat and she will go into a flight or freeze mode if she sees balloons or anything that holds air in it. We got rid of her phobia using NLP. With appropriate therapy, it is possible to overcome any phobias.

2. Ophidiophobia – The fear of snakes
3. Acrophobia – The fear of heights
4. Agoraphobia – The fear of open or crowded spaces
5. Cynophobia – The fear of dogs

7. Claustrophobia – The fear of enclosed space

Whatever phobia it is, the basis is “Fear” and the meaning that they have created in’ their unconscious mind. It is about reprogramming and changing the meaning and reprogramming.

Haran is not a medical doctor and he’s not intending to replace the orthodox medicine. However we can help you manage the pain. If you want to let go of the pain it is totally up to you. Because your body has that capacity to do that. We are just reminding and reprogramming you to get in touch with that part that creates everything within you.
